Online and Hybrid Teaching and Learning: Enhance Effective Student Engagement and Experience

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an unprecedented impact on the global higher education system, where many universities have adapted to online and hybrid teaching learning. They continue with some activities campus, particularly laboratory-based teaching, but content is delivered remotely. Significant adjustment traditional face-to-face student engagement crucial for success of This paper investigates experience in these environments. Engaged students are more likely reach their full potential academically, this identifies areas enhancement activities. A survey was conducted (in Sri Lanka) identify students’ perceptions engaging during delivery. results study illustrate a significant learning whereas pessimistic perception towards transition completely setting.
